Restoration stage:

• Are all the crowns, bridges and teeth included in the price?
• Is the price of healing transitional teeth included or will an additional fee apply?
• If it is determined during the surgery that additional implants are required, will I be charged for them?
• Is there a possibility that secondary surgery stages will be required? If so, is the price quoted included in total dental implants cost?
